Rooftop entertainment deck in Pilsen
Pilsen - Rooftop Entertainment Deck
On this project, we collaborated closely with our client and architects to design a unique rooftop entertainment space that offers stunning views of the iconic Chicago skyline. We used composite decking to construct this custom project, spanning over 1,000 square feet, and incorporated all of the client's desired features. These included a performance stage, a fully equipped bar with a refrigerator and icemaker, and a built-in grill. The space also boasts a sunken custom seating area, complete with a fire pit. We installed a stylish sail covering to provide shade and a sleek, stainless-steel metal railing around the perimeter for added comfort and safety.
Lincoln Park - Rooftop Spa Deck
For this project, our client envisioned a space where he and his family could unwind and entertain after busy days. The design takes full advantage of its location, offering stunning views of the Lincoln Park neighborhood and the downtown Chicago skyline. This expansive rooftop area features a complete kitchen and grilling station, a sauna, and plenty of custom-designed wooden furniture perfect for lounging and sunbathing/tanning.
Lakeview Garage Rooftop - Tranquil Garden
Transforming a Lakeview rooftop garage into a tranquil garden was our client's vision. To enhance privacy while maintaining airflow, we customized cedar wood lattice and incorporated several custom planters for flowers and plants. Every square foot was thoughtfully utilized to create a precious backyard retreat. As you can see in the image, we specialize in creating personalized outdoor sanctuaries. From custom-built cedar decks with integrated seating and planter boxes to elegant pergolas that provide shade and style, we tailor every project to your unique needs and aesthetic. Evanston - Deck Rebuild
For this project, our client asked that we rebuild a smaller deck behind the client's house, replacing the old structure. The new design features added stairs for easier access from the entire rear of the home, not just the living room. We also expanded the deck's width to comfortably fit seating and a small grill, significantly improving its usability for the new homeowners.
